We DO NOT give any refunds for ANY REASON for RECORDING SESSIONS, PACKAGE DEALS, MIXING & MASTERING or any services we provide or offer.   

There are no exceptions to this rule.

When you book a session or service you will receive a text AND email confirmation with links to our pre-booking info, cancellation/reschedule policy and our refund policy.  It is you responsibility to read over this information before your session or service.

We DO NOT re-schedule sessions or give partial refunds for ANY REASON, this includes ANYTHING UNEXPECTED THAT MIGHT HAPPEN IN YOUR LIFE or creative differences.  Music is a subjective service.  You are paying for time, not a specific expected outcome.

All sales are final.  There are no exceptions to this rule.
